The property is located 10 miles from downtown Syracuse, 1 block from W. Genesee St (Main St, Village of Camillus) and next to a large, medical redevelopment project.
The property consists of 6 townhouse style apartment buildings, for a total of 23 three bedroom units. Interstate I-275 is located within minutes of the property. The Downtown Cincinnati Central Business District is located approximately 10 miles from the property. The property was acquired as a partnership with a larger investment company. After acquiring the property, deferred maintenance was addressed by renovating the units, installing new vinyl siding and improving the landscaping.
The property consists of 4 one bedroom, 12 two bedroom and 24 three bedroom units. Roth Real Estate Holdings, LLC invested with a larger investment company that acquired the property. The property was only 40% occupied and lender owned. Upon acquisition, the property was re-branded, substantial capital improvements made and occupancy increased to over 85%.
